Ingredients

4 Slices Dempster’s® Whole Wheat Bread
2 tbsp (30 mL) Garden Vegetable Cream cheese
1/4 Cucumber, thinly sliced
4 Slices Schneiders® Country Naturals® Bologna
1/4 Red pepper, julienned
1/4 tbsp Carrot, julienned
2 (30 mL) Sweet chili sauce
Salt and pepper

Directions

ASSEMBLE sandwiches by spreading two slices of bread with cream cheese. Top each with cucumber slices, two slices of bologna, red pepper, carrot, a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce, salt and pepper and remaining slices of bread.
