|4||Slices Dempster’s® Whole Wheat Bread|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Garden Vegetable Cream cheese|
|1/4||Cucumber, thinly sliced|
|4||Slices Schneiders® Country Naturals® Bologna|
|1/4||Red pepper, julienned|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Sweet chili sauce|
|Salt and pepper|
ASSEMBLE sandwiches by spreading two slices of bread with cream cheese. Top each with cucumber slices, two slices of bologna, red pepper, carrot, a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce, salt and pepper and remaining slices of bread.
