This spicy tuna sandwich gets your taste buds going and you can never stop with just one.


1 Can Tuna
1 Tomato Chopped
1 Onion Chopped
1/2 Green Pepper
1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp Minced Ginger
1/2 tsp Chilly Powder
1 tsp Soya Sauce
1 Shallot
3 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
A slice of Red Pepper
2 tbsp Oil



Drain and keep tuna aside.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Add onions and tomatoes and fry until nice and soft. Next add the ginger, garlic, chilly powder,soya sauce. Saute for a minute. Add the tuna and mix nicely. FInally add the green pepper and shallot and fry a little. Do not overcook. The green pepper has to be nice and crunchy. Finally add the cilantro.

Toast 2 slices of bread and put some mayonnaise on each slice. Spoon some of the tuna. Add a slice of red pepper and top with the slice of bread. The red pepper gives a nice crunch to the sandwich!
