About this Recipe

I keep a shaker of this mix in my spice cupboard at all time. Sometimes I use a little to season roast potatoes or steak, other times I lay it on really heavy for pulled pork or rotisserie chicken. I keep the salt in this mix low, you can always add more. If you like things a little hotter then add some cayenne as well. The corn starch helps hold the mix on your food and helps with a little "crust".

4 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dry oregano
1 tsp dry thyme
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp fresh black pepper
1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp chipotle powder
1 tsp ancho chili powder
1 tsp cumin

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
