|1||box Maple Leaf Prime® Turkey Burgers|
|6||slices blue cheese|
|6||portobello mushrooms, stems removed|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) balsamic vinegar|
|1 1/2 tbsp||(22.5 mL) olive oil|
|1 cup||(250 mL) arugula or boston lettuce|
|3/4 cup||(175 mL) prepared roasted garlic mayo|
|3/4 cup||(175 mL) dijon mustard|
|Fresh cracked black pepper|
PREHEAT grill to medium high heat.
IN a bowl mix together oil, vinegar and drizzle over mushrooms.
SEASON with salt and pepper.
PLACE the mushrooms on the grill and cook for 4 minutes and both sides, remove from heat and set aside.
PLACE the turkey burgers on the grill and cook as per package instructions.
LIGHTLY toast buns for about 30 to 45 seconds on the grill.
ASSEMBLE burgers by dividing and spreading the garlic mayo on bottom bun.
PLACE lettuce on top and then the turkey burger.
TOP with blue cheese and portobello mushroom.
TOP remaining buns with dijon mustard.
