Game night snack.


1.5 lbs ground chicken or turckey
1 L egg
1 cup bread crumbs (give or take)
.25 cup ranch dressing
.5 tsp salt
.5 tsp pepper
5 oz blue cheese or feta
1 cup favourite buffalo wing sauce


Divide cheese into 18 small balls
Mix together ground meat, egg, ranch sauce, salt, and pepper. Mixture will seem wet.
Slowly mix in bread crumbs until mixture becomes a good consistency for forming meat balls - approximately 3/4 cup bread crumbs.
Form meatballs evenly around cheese making sure cheese is fully covered.
Pre heat over to 400 degrees F.
Place a wire rack on top of a cookie sheet.
Arrange meatballs on wire rack, and bake for 20 minutes, until cooked all the way through.
In the mean time, heat 1 cup of wing sauce.
When meatballs are finished cooking, transfer to serving dish and pour warm sauce over. Serve.
Place cooked meatballs and sauce in a slow cooker on low heat until ready to eat.
