A classic BLT made with Canadian bacon and an English muffin.


1 English muffin
9 cherry tomato halves
2 pieces of lettuce
1 Canadian bacon, thickly sliced
3 tsp butter


Heat fry pan with 1 tsp. of butter and cook the bacon on both sides 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked through. Lightly toast the English muffin halves. Spread both sides with 1 tsp. butter each. Place lettuce on one half and then the cooked bacon. Then arrange tomato halves in a floral pattern. Serve open faced or sandwiched together.
