An easy option to help use up some of these turkey leftovers!
|1 cup||turkey leftovers, white or dark, cubed|
|1 tbsp||sesame oil|
|1/2||onion , chopped|
|1/2||Green pepper, chopped|
|2 cup||mixed frozen vegetables|
|1 cup||Black Bean sauce|
Heat oil in wok, add onion and sautee for 3 minutes. Add turkey, pepper, frozen vegetables and black bean sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
