This Black Bean and Corn Salad is perfect to bring to a summer potluck or picnic!

Ingredients

19 oz (540 mL) Can black beans
12 oz (341 mL) Can corn niblets
1/3 cup (75 mL) Diced red pepper
2 Green onions, sliced
1/3 cup (75 mL) Italian salad dressing

Directions

DRAIN and rinse black beans. Drain corn.

MIX all ingredients together and serve.

TIP: This salad keeps well refrigerated for 2 to 3 days.
