This Black Bean and Corn Salad is perfect to bring to a summer potluck or picnic!
|19 oz||(540 mL) Can black beans|
|12 oz||(341 mL) Can corn niblets|
|1/3 cup||(75 mL) Diced red pepper|
|2||Green onions, sliced|
|1/3 cup||(75 mL) Italian salad dressing|
DRAIN and rinse black beans. Drain corn.
MIX all ingredients together and serve.
TIP: This salad keeps well refrigerated for 2 to 3 days.
