A real handful, but tastes great!


1 bagette
4 genoa salami slices
4 summer sausage slices
4 slices of precooked bacon
4 calbrese slices
2 tbsp mayo
salt and pepper
8 fresh basil leaves
2 tsp butter
2 slices mozzerlla cheese
2 slices of tomato


Slice baguette in half and butter sides, Grill for 2 mins in frying pan on medium heat until toasted. Slather mayo on toasted sides, and add cheese and tomatos. Top with all the meats, basil leaves and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy as is, or put into a panini press for 2-3 minutes until toasted and cheese has melted
