|4||(60 mL) Softened butter|
|4||Schneiders® Juicy Jumbos Original Wieners|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Cooked bacon lardons|
|4||Fried quail eggs, sunny side up|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Ketchup|
BUTTER the outside of each hot dog bun. Place in a non-stick skillet. Set over medium and grill for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
ASSEMBLE hot dogs by placing a wiener on each bun and topping with bacon lardons, a drizzle of ketchup and a fried quail egg.
