Ingredients

4 Dempster’s®/Ben's® Top Sliced Hot Dog Buns
4 (60 mL) Softened butter
4 Schneiders® Juicy Jumbos Original Wieners
1/4 cup (60 mL) Cooked bacon lardons
4 Fried quail eggs, sunny side up
2 tbsp (30 mL) Ketchup

Directions

BUTTER the outside of each hot dog bun. Place in a non-stick skillet. Set over medium and grill for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.

ASSEMBLE hot dogs by placing a wiener on each bun and topping with bacon lardons, a drizzle of ketchup and a fried quail egg.
