This is how I am able to eat plain yogurt. It is super healthy because no added sweeteners!
|1/3 cup||0% Plain Greek Yogurt|
Chop up apple into small pieces. Mix in with yogurt and let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours so the flavor gets soaked up. There you have it! A crunchy, delicious, and super healthy (little sugar, lots of protein) snack. You can also eat immediately if you are really hungry :)
