About this Recipe

This super easy All-in-One, Bacon, Egg and Toast recipe is great for brunch. No knife and fork required, pick them up and enjoy. You can also make these ahead and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Ingredients

100 g 3 Slices Maple Leaf Naturally Smoked Bacon
6 oz 6 Eggs
6 oz 6 Slices sandwich bread, crusts removed
30 g Butter
1 tbsp Parsley (Fresh if you have it on hand)

Directions

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook and chop bacon.
Grease muffin tins inside cup and top, to make sure they are easy to pop out.
Brush each piece of bread with butter. Press into greased deep muffin tin.
Break an egg into each bread case. Top with an even amount of chopped bacon. Sprinkle with a little parsley.
Bake in a moderate oven 350 for 15 to 20 mins or until egg is firm.
Serve warm or cold.

Notes

The recipe indicates that it serves 6, but you need it to feed more or less, how do you can easily adjust the ingredients.
