|1 lb||Maple Leaf Prime Extra Lean Ground Turkey With Rosemary Extrct|
|4||Vallagio Italian Style Crustini Buns|
|2 tsp||Worcestershire sauce|
|1/4 cup||bread crumbs|
|2 tbsp||minced onion|
|1||thin slice red onion|
|fresh ground pepper|
In a bowl mix turkey ,Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, mayo and onions. Grill until done. If you are having a problem with the burger being too soft, put on a piece of wax paper and invert onto the grill.
Toast buns if you want, and put burgers, a slice of tomato, some onion rings, lettuce and a little pepper on each bun. Add choice of optional condiments.
