What's better than BBQ hot dogs and French fries? BBQ Hot Dog Poutine!
|4||Maple Leaf® Tog Dogs|
|1||(650g) bag crinkle cut French fries|
|1 cup||(250 mL) cheese curds|
|1 cup||(250 mL) prepared brown gravy|
PREHEAT oven to 450 degrees.
SPREAD fries out onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
BAKE fries 15 to 20 minutes turning half way through.
MEANWHILE preheat grill to medium high heat.
BBQ hot dogs for 4 to 5 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.
HEAT gravy in microwave. Assemble poutine by placing fries in a bowl.
SLICE hot dogs into rounds, place over top.
SPRINKLE cheese and pour gravy over top.
Serve with ketchup and mustard on the side.
