About this Recipe

Nothing says being a true Canadian than roasting an entire turkey in the BBQ outside in the winter!

Ingredients

12 lb Maple Leaf turkey
8 tbsp light sdoy sauce
8 tbsp olive oil
4 fresh sprigs of rosemary

Directions

Wash and prepare your bird. Mix soy sauce, olive oil all together and brush all over the bird. Tuck a couple of sprigs of rosemary inside the bird and crush the other two sprigs all over bird.

Place prepped bird into an aluminum roasting pan and place in a preheated 350 deg F BBQ for an hour, basting every 15 minutes. After one hour, reduce to 300 deg F and cook for a half hour more until it is done at 180 deg F at the thigh. Cook longer if not done, basting every 15 minutes. Enjoy your BBQ Soy Sauce Turkey with Rosemary and Olive Oil!
