Quick and easy chicken salad sandwich.
|200 g||Maple Leaf Prime Chicken Breasts, poached|
|2 tbsp||green relish|
|1/4 tsp||Worcestershire Sauce|
|2 tsp||chopped green onion|
|4||slices of Dempster's WholeGrain bread|
|fresh ground pepper|
Barbeque chicken breasts on the grill until interior temperature is170 degrees celcius. Slice, mash or flake chicken breasts.
In a bowl for each 2 sandwiches, take 200 grams flaked chicken and mix with relish, mayo, Worcestershire Sauce, green onion and layer on two slices of bread. Grind on some fresh pepper and top with second slice. Makes two sandwiches.
