Juicy and moist BBQ chicken breasts is quick to make on the BBQ even when it's winter.
|4||chicken breasts, skinless and boneless|
|1||green onion, chopped|
|1/2 cup||BBQ sauce|
|1 tsp||garlic powder|
|1 tbsp||soy sauce|
1. Mix garlic powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce and green onion in a bowl to make a marinade. Pour over the chicken and incorporate marinade until the pieces are all coated. Leave in fridge for half an hour or overnight depending on how much time you have.
2. Preheat BBQ on medium high heat. When hot, brush or spray some oil on grill to prevent sticking. Place the breasts on grill and cover for 4-5 minutes. Turn over and cook for another 3 or more until done.
3. Brush BBQ sauce all over and repeat for the other side. Serve with your favourite sides.
Can also be cooked on an indoor grill.
