I am a fan of keeping the kitchen as clean as possible and the BBQ is my best friend when it comes to that!
|.5 Pkg||Bacon, cut into strips|
|3 lbs||Brussels Sprouts, washed, trimmed and cut in half|
|Fresh Black Pepper|
Lay heavy duty foil on the counter and pile on bacon and sprouts
Crack a generous amount of black pepper on top
Seal up the foil and place on Medium BBQ for about 1 hr.
* Poke a couple of small holes in the top of the foil bundle, this will help the bacon get a little crispier.
