3 Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, thinly sliced
1 tbsp (15 mL) Vegetable oil
1 Bunch green onion, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, minced
2 Red chili peppers, seeded and chopped
1 Bunch fresh basil
2 tbsp (30 mL) Hoisin or oyster sauce


HEAT oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Sauté chicken for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Add onions, garlic and pepper and cook until the onions are softened. Add the basil and hoisin sauce, cook and stir for 2-3 minutes more. Serve over jasmine rice.
