A delicious addition to barbeque sausages! And so easy to make.
|1/2 tsp||Montreal steak spice|
Peel the onion and cut off the top and bottom, so they are flat. Place the onion on a piece of tinfoil large enough to wrap it. Smear butter on the cut top of the onion, then sprinkle the steak spice on top. Wrap onion completely in the tinfoil, then barbeque until soft (about 15 minutes). Unwrap, slice and enjoy on barbeque sausages.
