Barbecued Beef with Italian Sauce on a Bun

2 Villaggio Italian Style Stadium Size Sausage Buns
4 Skewers Beef cubes
1 cup Tomato sauce
4 tbsp Red onion chopped
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp Basil
.5 Green peper chopped
.25 tsp Pepper freshly ground


Marinate beef cubes overnight in a tomato and oil based marinade. When ready to eat, mix together tomato sauce, onion red, basil, oregano, pepper and green pepper. In a pot over BBQ, heat up these ingredients until boiling then reduce to upper grill and simmer until beef is ready. Put the beef on skewers and place them on the BBQ turning them every few minutes until cooked. Open the buns and brown them on the back part of grill face down. When everything is ready, put the beef onto the buns and pour the tomato sauce mixture on top. Add some of your favourite grated cheese if you wish.
