|1 Pkg||Olivieri Fresh Stuffed Pasta|
|2 cup||Sliced fresh mushrooms|
|3 tbsp||balsamic vinegar|
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
Cook pasta according to directions
In a heavy bottom frying pan, saute the mushrooms with 2 tbsp of butter. Set aside
Brown remaining ¼ cup of butter in frying pan.
Allow to cool 5 minutes before adding balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper
Pour butter mixture over drained pasta. Add in mushrooms. Toss to coat
Serve topped with Parmesan flakes and parsley
