a simple yet delicious grilled veggie side dish -you can make it all mushrooms or do a mix of mushrooms, zucchini, and onions .
|1 Pkg||Portobello mushrooms (2 or 3 caps)|
|1||minced garlic clove|
|1/4 cup||balsamic vinegar|
|1/4 cup||olive oil|
|1/2 tsp||dried crumbled tarragon|
cut portobello mushrooms into large slices, mince garlic clove, mix together the garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and tarragon and pour it over the mushrooms. Leave in marinade at room temperature for at least half an hour (turn occasionally). Put the mushroom slices in a basket that is used to cook veggies on a BBQ. shake it over around on the grill until the mushrooms are cooked. serve as a side dish or on steak or burgers.
