This recipe is so much fun for my children. I bake the bologna in a muffin tin and put an egg in it. I bake this for 20 minutes in the oven and sprinkle with salt and pepper.


4 slices maple leaf bologna
4 large white eggs


Take 4 slices of bologna and fit them each into a muffin tin. Break an egg and place the egg into the bologna fitted into the muffin tin. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Cool and enjoy. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.


So fun and easy to make. You can garnish them up as well.
