A fun brunch treat to dip your toast soldiers into the yummy egg yolk and then scoop out the ham.


1 thin slice of Maple Leaf Country Kitchen ham
1 egg
1 tbsp butter
1 whole grain bread


Smear the inside of a ramekin with a smidge of butter. Carefully place the slice of ham to fit the inside of the ramekin. Crack an egg inside and bake in a toaster oven or oven on 350 deg. F. for 8-10 minutes until the yolk is "jiggly" but not well done. Meanwhile, make toast and spread remaining butter onto toast. Cut into "soldiers" and dip into the yolk.
