1/2 cup | flour |
1/4 cup | cornmeal |
1 1/2 tsp | chili powder |
1 1/2 tsp | garlic powder |
1/2 tsp | onion powder |
1/2 tsp | paprika |
1/2 tsp | ground mustard |
1/2 tsp | pepper |
1/2 tsp | cumin |
1/2 tsp | cumin |
1/2 tsp | oregano |
1/4 tsp | cayene |
1 tsp | salt |
1 | egg white |
3 tbsp | milk |
1 lb | chicken breast |
preheat oven to 450 in a mead bowl, whisk all dry ingredients together , then in another bowl whisk all wet, except the chicken. season chicken with salt, and slice into 2 inch wide strips. create a breading station and dredge each piece in dry ingredients , then wet , place on baking sheet, cook 15 minutes.serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
