Scrumptious and spicy burrito that the kids will love!


1 (5 oz/150 g) Package Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Oven Roasted Chicken Strips
3 tbsp (45 mL) Hot wing sauce
1 Dempster’s® Original Large Tortilla
1 Green onion, chopped
1/2 cup (125 mL) Cooked Spanish style rice
1 tsp (5 mL) Vegetable oil


PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C).

TOSS chicken strips with hot sauce in a medium bowl.

ARRANGE chicken strips down the center of the tortilla, top with green onion and Spanish rice. Roll up tightly, tucking in the ends. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and brush with oil. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with carrots and celery with Blue cheese dip.
