These are delicious, both as an appetizer or an addition to a pot luck meal.
|1 lb||fresh or frozen sea scallops|
|1 lb||maple bacon|
Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap each around a scallop. If scallops are fairly small, cut the bacon slices in thirds. Secure each with a toothpick, place in 9 x 13 glass pan, and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, or until bacon is cooked through. Cover the dish for the first 30 minutes, then uncover for the last 15 minutes.
