What could make this tender juicy chicken better? Bacon! That’s right. Tender juicy Prime chicken breasts all wrapped up with mouth watering strips of bacon then infused with aromatic rosemary.

|2||Cloves garlic, sliced|
|4||Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Olive oil|
|Fresh rosemary sprigs|
|Salt & pepper|
PREHEAT oven to 400°F (200°C).
LAY three strips of bacon side by side. Lay three slices of garlic on one end of bacon. Place chicken on top and roll with bacon slices. Place into a shallow baking dish. Repeat with remaining bacon, garlic and chicken.
DRIZZLE bacon wrapped chicken with olive oil. Place a sprig of rosemary on top of each chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper.
ROAST in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
