Make a side that everyone is guaranteed to love with these roasted potato wedges for your next BBQ
|20||Slices of Maple Leaf Bacon|
|3 tbsp||butter, melted|
|2 tsp||Italian Seasoning|
|1||Bunch of green onions|
|1 tbsp||Apple Cider Vinegar|
|3/4 cup||Sour cream|
|Salt and Pepper|
PREHEAT oven to 400°F (200°C).
CUT each potato lengthwise into six wedges. Season with pepper. Wrap one slice of bacon tightly around each potato wedge. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, turning once then broil for 3-5 minutes turning once more during cooking, until nicely browned and crisp and the potatoes are tender.
PLACE the remaining ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well blended.
Serve as a dipping sauce for the bacon wrapped potatoes.
