A hunters Delight! Bacon Wrapped stuffed Partridge!
|1 Pkg||Maple Leaf Bacon|
|1 tsp||Chicken Seasoning|
|1 Pkg||Baby Carrots|
|3 Pkg||Chicken Stuffing|
|1 tbsp||Margarine or Butter|
1.) Clean your partridge, Take out the insides and feathers
2.) Make your Stuffing as directed on the package you chose
3.) Stuff your partridge as tight as possible with the stuffing you made.
4.) Gently rub each partridge with butter and sprinkle chicken seasoning on top.
5.) Wrap each partridge with uncooked bacon. as much as your heart desires.
6.) Chop up entire onion in big chunks , Leave baby carrots whole.
7.) In a clay pot add the 3 partridge , onions and baby carrots.
8.) Cook covered on a woodstove for 3 hours or until tender and juicy.
IF cooking in a Roast pot , add half cup of water and cook on 300 degrees for 3 hours.
