Ingredients

20 Schneiders® Bacon Slices
1 (27 mL) Can water chestnuts, drained
1 (85 g) Can smoked oysters

Directions

WRAP each smoked oyster with one water chestnut in a slice of bacon and secure with a wooden toothpick.


PREHEAT broiler to high. Arrange bacon wrapped oysters on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Broil two minutes per side. Serve hot.
