|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Ricotta cheese|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Finely chopped chives|
|12||Slices Schneiders® Country Naturals® Bacon|
PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C).
MIX together Ricotta, Cheddar and chives. Fill each mushroom with about 1 tsp (5 mL) of the mixture. Wrap each filled mushroom with a slice of bacon. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes or until the bacon is cooked and crisp.
