Ingredients

12 Mushroom, stems removed
1/2 cup (125 mL) Ricotta cheese
1/4 cup (60 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp (30 mL) Finely chopped chives
12 Slices Schneiders® Country Naturals® Bacon

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C).

MIX together Ricotta, Cheddar and chives. Fill each mushroom with about 1 tsp (5 mL) of the mixture. Wrap each filled mushroom with a slice of bacon. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes or until the bacon is cooked and crisp.
