|4||Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Chili powder|
|2/3 cup||(150 mL) Brown sugar|
PREHEAT oven to 350°(180°C).
CUT each slice of bacon into thirds. Cut the chicken into 1”(2.5 cm) cubes. Wrap each piece of chicken with bacon and secure with a wooden toothpick. Combine chili powder and brown sugar in a large bowl. Add chicken bites and toss to coat.
ARRANGE chicken on a lightly greased broiler pan or wire rack set over a baking tray.
BAKE in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
