bacon wrapped chicken breasts done on the grill with some avocados
|4||Maple Leaf Prime chicken breasts|
|4||Villagio Italian Style sausage buns|
|4 tbsp||tamarind date chutney sauce|
|4||strips Maple Leaf bacon|
|1 tsp||rubbed sage|
Preheat grill with the lid down to about 350 F degrees.
Rub sage and a sprinkle of pepper into chicken breasts. Sear on the grill to lock in the juices. Wrap each breast with one strip of bacon and move to higher shelf on the grill. Cook until chicken reaches 160 degrees temp, about 40 minutes.
Slice chicken breasts and splay on the buns. Slice avocados and add slices to bun. Drizzle with 3 or 4 teaspoons of chutney sauce
