Ingredients

1 Slice Schneiders® Bacon
1/4 tsp (1 mL) Celery salt
1/4 tsp (1 mL) Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot sauce
Salt and pepper
Ice cubes
1 1/2 oz Vodka (optional)
4 oz Clam Cocktail or tomato juice
1 Lime wedge

Directions

PLACE bacon on a 10x10” (25x25 cm) piece of parchment paper. Sprinkle both sides with celery salt. Hold bacon at each end and twist into a spiral. Place bacon diagonally across the parchment paper and fold in half over the bacon so the corners meet. Using the palms of your hands, gently roll the parchment paper around the bacon into a tube. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Unwrap the bacon and let cool.

MIX Worcestershire, hot sauce, salt and pepper over ice in a tall glass. Add vodka (if using) and tomato clam cocktail or tomato juice. Stir to mix and garnish with lime wedge and bacon swizzle stick.
