another sinfully delicious recipe! Smokey, salt and sweet are a great taste combo!


1 Pkg bacon
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup chocolate syrup


Make Candied Bacon Sticks first: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl mix together brown sugar and maple syrup. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and brush with oil. lay out bacon in one payer on tin foil and brush with sugar mixture. turn over and brush other side as well. bake in over for 15-25 mins, until bacon is firm and crisp.

Divide Ice cream into 4 sundae dishes. Spoon caramel syrup and chocolate syrup onto ice cream.
Crumble 1 piece of candied bacon per sundae and sprinkle on top. enjoy!


can be topped with maple syrup as well
