These wraps are a very tasty appetizer or make it part of your meal, your choice!
|12||slices of Maple Leaf Bacon|
|1 Pkg||frozen spinach, defrosted|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Defrost spinach. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add butter to spinach and season with salt and pepper. Mix it together and drain, if necessary. Use a cookie sheet and cover with tin foil. Lay a strip of bacon on the foil and put one tablespoon of spinach in the middle. Roll it up. Repeat with remaining pieces of bacon. Bake for 20 minutes or until bacon is cooked to your liking (I cooked for longer because I like my bacon crispy), then remove from oven and transfer to a paper towel lined plate to remove excess bacon grease. Serve and enjoy!
