About this Recipe

The goodness of fresh Asparagus wrapped in salty delicious bacon. Serve with your favourite dip. I love it with southwest sauce, or a spicy red pepper aioli, but ranch dip would probably be great too.
Serve as a side, or party appetizer.

Ingredients

6 spears of asparagus
3 slices bacon

Directions

Wash and break woody ends off of the asparagus. Cut each slice of bacon in half. Starting about an inch from the bottom, wrap the bacon around the asparagus snuggly.
Place the wrapped spears in a skillet on med high. Turn them often to brown them on all sides.

Serve with your favourite dip.
