Who wouldn't love a bouquet of bacon roses to celebrate a special day? Choose a vase that is re-usable for your special someone...and you've got a hit on your hands!

Ingredients

12 Slices of bacon
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 bunch Silk roses, flowers removed

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350. Take each strip of bacon, roll into a spiral and place each into a mini muffin pan cup. Bake for 10 minutes, drain grease and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on a rack, lined with paper towel.

While the 'roses' are cooling, remove silk roses from the arrangement. Discard. (Or keep for some other crafty project!)

Once bacon has cooled, brush with maple syrup. Secure each "rose" in the bouquet, replacing the previous roses.

Notes

Great for any celebration...these bacon roses are sure to capture the hearts of many!
