|4 cups||Cooked Cubed Potatoes|
|4||Strips of Bacon, Cooked Crispy in 1 Inch Pieces|
|2 tbsp||Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|1 tbsp||Balsamic Vinegar|
|1 tbsp||Miracle Whip|
|Your Favorite Hot Sauce, to Taste|
|Salt and Pepper, to Taste|
|2||Handfuls of Spinach|
|2 tbsp||Slivered Almonds|
1. Prepare Dressing: Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Miracle Whip, hot sauce, salt and pepper together.
2. Toss potatoes with dressing while still warm.
3. Add bacon, spinach and almonds
4. Mix gently
