Deck the halls with bacon! These festive delights are a great snack and also serve as the perfect host / hostess gift during the holiday or anytime!


1 Pkg Schneiders® Bacon, diced
8 cups popcorn, popped
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract


Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook bacon until browned and just crisp about 6 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a paper towel lined plate. Melt butter in a large pot, stir in marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows have melted. Pour in vanilla and combine. In a large bowl combine popcorn and bacon with marshmallow mixture. Quickly form in to 8 even balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Keep in an airtight container.


Try adding nuts or dried fruit along with the bacon for added flavor.
