Delicious finely chopped bacon mixed with beef makes a good summertime burger - especially with a big dollop of pesto!
|1 1/2 lbs||Ground beef|
|4||Slices of Maple Leaf Bacon|
|8||Slices of cheese|
|1 cup||Basil pesto|
1. Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
2. Finely chopped bacon and mix with the ground beef. Gently form into eight patties and generously salt both sides of each patty.
3. Grill on your barbecue until cooked and still juicy.
4. Sandwich burgers between buns and top with pesto, cheese, tomato, lettuce, and mayonnaise. Enjoy!
