This combines a breakfast favourite - pancakes and bacon - but mixes them together, which is mazing when topped with maple syrup.
|1 tsp||baking powder|
|1/4 tsp||baking soda|
|2 tbsp||cooking oil|
Fry bacon to desired consistency.
Pour the milk into a measuring cup and add the vinegar. Stir and set aside for about 10 minutes (slightly curdles).
Mix dry ingredients together. Add milk and egg and whisk together until lumps are removed. Crumble cooked bacon into the pancake mix
Heat skilet, pour 1/4-cup size batter circles into the pan. Flip when pancakes have bubbles on the top (and look dry).
Serve with maple syrup or your favourite topping.
