1 cup (250 mL) Whole wheat or regular pancake mix
6 slices Maple Leaf® Ready Crisp® Fully Cooked Natural Bacon Slices
Maple syrup


PREPARE pancake mix according to the package directions.

ARRANGE three slices of bacon in a lightly greased non-stick skillet. Set over medium-high heat. Pour just under ¼ cup (60 mL) of pancake batter over each slice of bacon to form a long narrow pancake. Turn pancakes when air bubbles begin to form on top of the batter and the bottom is golden brown. Cook for another minute on the other side; remove from the pan and keep warm while the remaining bacon pancakes are cooking. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
