You'll need to make lots of these, we can't keep up to the demand!
|1 lb||Quality Bacon|
|1 cup||Asiago Cheese|
Cut the onions in 1inch slices. Wrap two pieces of bacon per ring securing with tooth picks. Put on rack in BBQ or grill indirect heat. In the wait time put milk in sauce pan warming it, then slowly add the asiago cheese. Cook bacon till firm not crisp. Crisp will break apart. Let cool for 10 minutes then drizzle with cheese mixture
These absolutely delicious treats take a little bit of time to make but seriously get out of the way when you serve them you may get trampled.
