|8||slices Schneiders® Bacon, diced|
|3/4 cup||packed brown sugar|
|1/2 cup||good quality maple syrup|
|1/3 cup||butter, melted|
|1 cup||pecans, toasted and roughly chopped|
|3/4 cup||bakers dark chocolate|
|20||prepared tart shells|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix together sugar, syrup, butter, eggs, and salt. Set aside. Divide the chocolate, nuts and bacon between each tart shell. Pour filling over top. Bake until pastry is set and golden brown about 20 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack. Keep in an air tight container at room temperature.
Garnish with additional bacon, assorted berries and whip cream.
