Winter is over, time to start up the BBQ for a new brunch favourite, Bacon, Egg and Cheese Burgers.

Ingredients

200 g 8 slices (2 per burger) of Maple Leaf Naturally Smoked Bacon
4 Eggs Fried - 1 per burger
1 lb regular or lean ground beef (makes 4 burgers)
4 Hamburger Buns
4 oz Gouda Cheese (or your favourite Cheese)

Directions

BBQ 4 beef burgers.
Cook eggs and bacon.
Warm bun and add cheese, top with cooked burger, egg and bacon.
Add any of your other favourite hamburger toppings, ie lettuce, tomato,
relish, etc.

Notes

This was our first BBQ this spring, these Bacon Egg and Cheese Burgers for Brunch were a great start to a new day.
