Winter is over, time to start up the BBQ for a new brunch favourite, Bacon, Egg and Cheese Burgers.
|200 g||8 slices (2 per burger) of Maple Leaf Naturally Smoked Bacon|
|4||Eggs Fried - 1 per burger|
|1 lb||regular or lean ground beef (makes 4 burgers)|
|4 oz||Gouda Cheese (or your favourite Cheese)|
BBQ 4 beef burgers.
Cook eggs and bacon.
Warm bun and add cheese, top with cooked burger, egg and bacon.
