Very flavorful. A different twist on the ol' deviled egg.

Ingredients

6 Hard Boiled Eggs
3 Slices of chopped, Maple Leaf Naturally Smoked Bacon
1 tbsp Butter, softened
3 tbsp Onion, chopped finely
3 tbsp Relish, drained well
1 tsp Yellow mustard
1 tsp Salt and Pepper
0.33 cup Mayonnaise

Directions

Cut eggs in halves lengthwise.
Remove yolks.
Mash yolks in medium bowl.
Add relish, onion and bacon.
Add butter, salt, pepper, and mustard.
Mix thoroughly.
Add mayonnaise to bind.
Refill egg whites.
Sprinkle with Paprika.
Refrigerate to meld flavors.

Notes

You can substitute 2 oz of shredded cheddar cheese, instead of relish/mustard/onion/butter, if you prefer.
